Hi, this is Kenda from USA.
I enjoy the culture and lifestyle of Japan and visited Japan many times.
Today I’d like to introduce one of my favorite hotels in Tokyo.
It’s a stylish boutique hotel with great location, service, and view!!
Located in heart of Asakusa, with great access to the rest of Tokyo
The Gate Hotel Asakusa Kaminarimon is located between a grocery store and a pharmacy almost directly across the street from famous Asakusa Kaminarimon Gate and Asakusa shopping street.
It is a two minute walk from the Ginza line subway station “Asakusa” and is close to other lines(Toei Asakusa Line, Tobu Skytree Line, and Tsukuba Express Line) which you can grab a train to anywhere else in Tokyo.

It is one stop from the Tokyo Skytree Station and you can see a beautiful view of the tower along the river.
Once inside of the hotel you ride the elevator up to the top floor to reception and a gorgeous view of the city.
Everywhere you look in this hotel there are curated details by Japanese artists.
From the paintings on the walls, the chandelier hanging in the lobby, and even the shells inlaid into the tiled walls.
Indulgent Dinner Service
The restaurant has a full bar and it is open 24/7 as to provide refreshments and food to any traveler arriving day or night.
We got the opportunity to try their five-course dinner and the chef chose all of their best dishes to serve to us.
They have a full wine and liquor menu with wines from all over the world as well as Japan and the food was very delicious.
We started with a charcuturie board, which had five different kinds of pate, salami’s, and other meats.
Then, a Caesar salad, the lettuce uncut for the beauty of it.
While watching the sun set we were then given a place of smoked salmon and three different sauces to put on the warm, fresh bread we were given.
The final entrée was a large steak which had been imported from the states, which was over a bead of potatoes and they cut into slices.
The dinner was delicious and the ambiance was very upscale, paired with the view it was stunning.
The terrace has it’s own bar and is open only to hotel clients and there is a view of TOKYO SKYTREE from one side and the smokers terrace has a view of Mt. Fuji during a clear day.
